Collaborate with other teams to elevate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns and trends. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a live chat environment. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
